Watches: All watches sold by Multi Watch come with a 2-year in-house warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship and will repair or replace the watch free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. Additionally, all quartz watches are tested and have their batteries replaced prior to shipping.

Handbags, Sunglasses, Jewelry & others: All handbags, sunglasses, jewelry & other goods sold by Multi Watch do not come with a warranty -- but are instead eligible for returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date of arrival. Please refer to our returns & exchanges policy for more information about coverage.

Exclusions: The following items are not covered under our warranty policy:
- Products that have been repaired or modified by a third party
- Products that have been subject to misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage
- Products that have been lost or stolen

Making a Claim: To make a claim under our warranty policy, please contact our customer service team. We will need the order number as well as your contact information and may additionally require the product to be returned to us for inspection. If the product is deemed to be covered under our warranty policy, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
