Returns & Exchanges
At Multi Watch, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns & exchanges policy below:
30-Day Return Policy: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange their item. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not accept returns sent to us without prior authorization.
Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Restocking Policy: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. Special items, such as high-value items, final sale items (clearance), suitcases or other large items, may be subject to a higher restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your original method of payment.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party
- Products that have been subject to misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage
- Products that have been lost or stolen
All of our products sold come with an in-house warranty provided by Multi Watch. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information about coverage.
